I promised Andrew a testimonial if he helped me, so here it is.
I owed $35,000 to Lion Finance and then CLH lawyers. They eventually took me to court and threatened bankruptcy if I didn't pay full amount plus costs. Last Thursday the entire debt and case was dismissed in court. I owe $0 and $0 costs I also have the court letter to clear my credit file. My life was nothing but stress and debt but as I write this I am debt free and clean. I cannot thank him enough. I will also leave my personal link to the court so you can all see this i genuine I 100% recommend his help.
File details - applications for file

So what exactly did Andrew do to get the case dismissed? did he attend the court on your behalf? i'm confused now.... because he was stating in his emails he would aim for 10% settlement...

If you read the actual court docs, firstly there are not many there. The only documents in there relate to the Creditor being able to serve in a way that is accepted by the courts. It seems that the case is dismissed on that basis. Andrew Sellars spends a lot of time using language and pointing to ideas that people are unfamiliar with, as though he is some guru and everyone else is inept. He deals in smoke and mirrors, and as there is absolutely nothing substantive in the documents in this claim, you would have to suggest the outcome - if it's true, is nothing to do with Sellars. He didn't stop being a scammer yesterday, that's for sure.

So do you mean that because he was not properly served the court papers is the reason that's how it got dismissed?

Difficult to say, as there's only 2 docs available to view, but it seems possible. There's nothing to say that Michael owes Lion $35k or that he is now free of debt, or that Sellars had anything to do with it. He may have, but if you read everyone's experience here (and other places) he just shrouds everything in mystery. He's told some he's a lawyer, but we've already searched the Queensland law registry and he's not on that. As far as you can see, he's a Pom, a body builder with a history of playing in the murky DCA space; that he ran a dodgy media agency on the Sunshine Coast which subsequently failed. That last bit in itself tells you he's setup to scam people in his spare time. Isn't that right Andrew? Someone will catch up with you soon.

So Mike777 what have you got to say about all of this? can you elaborate on what exactly happened to your case to have it dismissed like that? Give us some in depth detail about everything that happened that led to this conclusion...

Credit card debt Lion bought for around $22,000. I had a payment arrangement. They kept asking for more so I stopped it. Then as months went on, calls to home and work. CLH after about 14months took it over then sent me a statement saying $30,000! I contacted Andrew in January. The calls didn't stop, but I started receiving documents from CLH that I didn't request. Listed lots of legal lines. About 2 months ago I was offered a reduces settlement if I paid in full which I couldn't. Then a few more. Finally they sent court forms and judgement. Andrew sent me a reply to sign and send them and he said he also lodged down forms. Last week out of the blue I receive a letter an email and the link I posted today was also included. The debt was dismissed. I called court and CLH , I owe $0. I googled before Lion and CLH they are ruthless. They don't wipe $30,000 of debt for nothing. I posted the link to show you. Sorry I don't know anything about your situations, but my debt is gone and am debt free and fair play he did what he said he would.

Maybe, maybe not. A lot of hearsay, no evidence but your word. There are still plenty of people on here who have received nothing, in fact who have lost a great deal. Ask Anna Murphy and her friends for one. For the most, he'll still take your money and run.

So Mike777 did you get served the papers in person by them and then appear in court to defend yourself? or you did not even know that the court action took place until after it occurred?

I don't understand, I posted my personal link to the courts. There is no hearsay it clearly states in black and white my debt is wiped. Unless I had a debt I have oukdnt be in court. Am sorry you had a bad experience but after going through hell and $35,000 debt I now owe nothing and my credit file is clear. I am now going to try buy a house and am just posting my experience here for you to read. I called court and CLH again today as am still not believing this but it is true. I am debt free

Court Orders state: Petition against respondent is dismissed

Th only other Court Orders listed are to do with serving papers on you.

Absolutely no mention of debt, or value of debt or anything else. Says nothing about any debt being wiped.
