I was mums live in carer for over 1year.Mum passed away 8 months ago.my sister (executor )and i haven't spoken since.what right's do I have to know where things are up to ? I did read I was entitled to a copy of will if I requested it , once executor had gotten to a certain point in duties ? My landlord (previously mums ) has requested copy of will & death cert for bond to be moved out of mums name.

You don't say what state you're in, so I can't say for sure, but in states that I'm aware of, you'd be entitled to a copy of the will, yes.

Your tenancy bond is your Mum's asset, so it can't just be transferred into your name (unless she gifted it to you in the will). It's her property, and will have to be accounted for by the estate.

Thanks for your response.
I am in WA.I have read that anyone can view copies at the courthouse for a small fee..not sure that it's same here in WA.
I was told that I was to have house contents and mums car which she never drove and is driven by me now ,just no word from executor about transferring to my name..no words at all actually! ☺
