The expiry has come and gone of our way by more than 12 months. Even though was negotiations were agreed upon it wasn't lodged at FWA until almost 6 months after agreement was reached and conveniently after 3 months after the busiest part of the year. We have been told backpay is not entitled. Where do we stand as employees

Would need to see the transitional provisions of the new EA.

The old EA remains in force until the new EA unless the old EA is terminated. The nominal expiry date is of little use in these circumstances.

Would I be right in assuming that it's just a waiting game even though we have now entered our 3rd year at same pay rate
