My Husband has had several affairs behind my back in which I have found out about. One has resulted in a child who I now 1 years old. I have told him clearly that he is not to see or have anything to do with the child who is a mistake .I have told my children not to see or bring up this child to me ever again as well. How can I stop miss home wrecker from accessing money such as child support and in the event my husband passes away any of his money .

I hope no one provides any assistance to you (I mean in relation to assisting your husband in shirking his responsibilities).

The 1 year old child has done nothing wrong. You're actually an awful person.

You can't... Not the poor kids fault it's parents can't keep their pants on..

Both parents have an obligation under law to contribute to the childs upbringing, both financial & non financial.... How much each parent contributes financially is assessed on each parents income, & how much time the child spends in each parents care...By insisting that the father not spend time with the child, you are ensuring the mother will receive the maximum amount of Child support...

As for your rights... You have the right to not be cheated on. You can leave & file for property settlement.

Go easy. She is hurting at being betrayed

My advice 1. get rid of this guy, it might be difficult for a while but eventually, you will realise its the best thing to do.

2. try to appreciate that this child is an innocent in all of this. The father can't (and shouldnt) try to avoid his responsibilities as a parent.

According to the law if a person has an Illegitimate child then he is responsible for that child. If his father passes ways then the responsible person is the mother and If she asks you for child support then it's totally up to you whether you want to support or not but you are not legally bounded for child support. If Illegitimate child mother demand money from you then you should consult with a family lawyer in Perth, who can guide you legally and help you achieve the best result. out of his
There is nowdays no concept of "illegitimate" in the law.

Be warned of people giving dodgy advice and having a link to a law firm. They will rip you off. Yeah I'm talking about you Williom James.
