Hello.
In December 2018 my solicitor filed and served the original Statement of Claim (SOC) with SD Act and FW Act contraventions. After Directions Hearing in April 2019, the court directed to amend the SOC with accessorial liabilities and constructive dismissal. In May 2019 my solicitor filed and served the amended SOC by removing all FW Act contraventions, did not add accessorial liability and only added constructive dismissal to the SOC. From June 2019 he is not my solicitor as he left my case and now I am self representing. Later in June 2019 I realised that the amended SOC was without my knowledge. I want to re instate the original SOC with the claims sought at Directions Hearing and emailed to the Judges Associate. But received no response from the court and the defendant lawyer objected it. Please advise how can I proceed with re-amending my SOC?

Hi Ayra,
I would seek a directions hearing from the court where you outline what has occurred and the potential significant disadvantage you could or would suffer from the situation.
