Hi all quick back story.
I was recently staying at my brothers place while studying until his wife spat her dummie and kicked me out in the final weeks of the course. In an attempt to seem like a kind harted person she agreed to store somethings after essentially making me homeless. Fast forward a few weeks and now she has told me to get my s**t out of her house. The thing is I'm struggling to find acomodation and have been forced to camp out in the bush and if I collect my stuff it will be exposed to the weather .
So my question is
How dose bailment work in this situation ? The agreement was until I had Stable accommodation
All advice appreciated

Bailment only covers commercial situations and won’t apply here. In any case, you don’t have an enforceable agreement unless it’s supported by some form of ‘valuable consideration’ (i.e. some form of payment) - which it doesn’t look like you have here.

I’d suggest looking at whatever alternate arrangements you can.
