After an arrest & information log being detailed by police in a notebook, is it lawful to refuse to sign the facts?

What is the difference in court admissions if an unsigned version still holds accountable before the judge, and a signed version?

As far as I know, there would be no difference if you were asked to sign. The Police would simply note that you were asked and refused.

As long as it's true, you might be able to say something like
"I did not agree that they had accurately recorded what I said, Your Honour."
Of course, if you are also recorded on body-cam, then you might have a problem.
