Hi I have a scenario where there are 4 executors. One of them is living in the house which is the major asset. They own multiple properties but have refused to leave. What options are there for resolving this issue? The estate has already lost around 100k due to the fact that the house was not listed for sale when it should have been. Listing the house whilst they are there is not an option as the place now looks like a demolition site.
