Scruff, I'm not following you. What's bad about recording an event within your own home?
The OP explicity stated "We have hundreds of
videos ..." which implies that they have actual video of the person engaging in the act - at least that's how I read it. There is only a small number ways they could get that, nearly all of which would be illegal, such as climbing the balcony and recording video through a window or door etc.
The OP has now clarified that they recorded from within their own apartment, therefore my comment can be disregarded.
With that explained, it should also now be clear that the "videos" don't actually show anyone banging on a floor at all. The audio should be useful and if the OP moved around while recording, then the video and variations in volume should be enough for anyone who looks at it to determine where the noise is coming from (above, below, next door etc). If there is audio only or the video is stationary, then it might not be very helpful, because while it would prove that the noise is present, there would be no "reference points" to determine the direction of the source.
