Is cctv fotage and letter of incident is a solid evidence?the accused is the employee of the store,they really dont caught in act after 2 days of incident they review the fotage but they dont have the items.in the letter the employee said that he done it,what will happen to the employee?

CCTV footage can't be used in court as evidence.
Sure it can. Happens often.
Is it always and automatically admissible? No.
But can it be admitted, some of the time? Sure.

Whether or not the particular footage proves, or doesn't prove, anything is a separate question.
The employee will be terminated most likely.
The employee has options, even as a casual.
Much depends on the facts and circumstances.
