How much is a court cost application normally ? Is this done by private lawyers or can legal aid do it as well

Let me see if I understand this correctly.
You want an order for a paternity test,
and you want the other person to pay for the test?

Test has been done, the other party lied and wasted the courts time and I was told I can go for a court cost application

More info needed. But am i right to assume the mother of the child claimed you were the dad.... You went through the whole court process, did dna testing etc and you are not the dad?

If that is correct then your solicitor should be able to help with a costs application against the applicant. Legal aid is unlikely to help you..

Sammy yes you are correct ,how much is a court cost I was given a quote of
