I was told that if my husband died and my name is not on the deed for the house, I will lose the house It's this true under property law?

Michelle, not necessarily true. The terms of your husband’s Will is critical in this situation. You may also have an equitable interest in the house too. It all depends on all of the circumstances. I’d seek advice. Good luck.
