Looking much less likely now. But continue to behave because if you give them an excuse they may go back and look at the earlier incident.

Concentrate and do your work well. The more you work well the more they'll want to keep you on.

Thanks Rod, really appreciate your thoughts.

How long after the incident would you think I can say that I am 100% safe? I am constantly worried and I just can't relax.

By the way, I am considered a high performer in my team. I have also learned my lesson and I will never repeat the same mistake again.

This is because you are young. Some life lessons take a period of adjustment and this is one of those situations.

There is no hard and fast legal rule that says you are ever 100% safe. I could say 6 years and you'll groan and feel despair and think about how unfair the legal system is, but that is not the way to view it.

Yours is an internal issue, not legal. Accept the situation for what it is and stop worrying about it. Worry will not change anything.

Maybe look at coping techniques if can't sleep at night.

Hi Rod. I just wanted to let you know that it has been 3 and half months since I made this big mistake and nothing has happened yet. What are your thoughts about any potential complaints going forward? Still possible?

If they do happen,I am even thinking of saying how I don't remember something like that ever happened. But there were people there that witnessed it so maybe not a good idea?

Looking better.

Better to say nothing if someone asks.

Thanks very much Rod,really appreciate your time to reply.

If the complaint arises, and I say I don't remember that such an event happened, would they believe me considering a couple of witnesses against me?

I have certainly learnt my lesson and would never repeat stupidity.

Hi Rod and other knowledgeable lawyers,

It has been 13 month since the stupid mistake I made. I haven't repeated anything like that ever since as i have learnt from my mistake.

Is there any chance i get fired for this if anyone complains? Like i said before there were a few people as witnesses. Or can i consider this never happened and be at piece from now on?

Thanks a lot.
