You can't. The forum doesn't provide the facility to PM.

You'll have to be upfront with who you want to reply.

It's not appropriate to come to a public forum and ask members to contact you privately because you "don't wish to post publicly here". That goes against the very purpose of the forum. It's also a breach of the guidelines.

"Please do not:
...
Publish your contact details or personal information
- This includes not publishing any information that may identify you or your involvement in a legal proceeding."

If you can't or don't want to post details here, then you should find a lawyer.

Thanks Scruff, I understand your point and I have otherwise contributed to these forums previously over the past few years - I'm not a complete n00b round here...

I have however considered this matter and I believe the answer would be "need more detail" and that is detail I can't post here without genuine concern for identifying myself to a malicious ex.

I am happy for you to chime in BTW, you have a "straight to the point" way of answering things that I know others don't always appreciate, but I don't mind your perspective either - so feel free to email me.

Can you provide an idea of what your issue relates to?

Yes - interpretation of a particular section of otherwise fairly clear final orders - which is at this point looking like it might end up back in court.

But, how about you email me as I have provided and I can give you more specific details? I value your opinion on this also.
