Be very careful here. You have different options about how to proceed and should discuss them with a family lawyer. Consent orders may be an alternative if there is any risk to you, keeping in mind the threshold for the granting of orders is so very low these days.

However that contradicts everything I have ever said or done
I have a copy of all messages, emails etc and any "arguments" are very mild
I will have to rely on perjury (some on which can be proven without doubt), opposing hear say and blatant contradictions
