Hi I'm new! I have an Ousting Order as well as the no contact, no friends or relatives as well. Ex breached when he didn't vacate. I returned to my home at 9.30 this morning and found doors locked. A young girl who I don't know answered my door. She apparently is the girlfriend of my EX son and they have been living in my house without my knowledge for at least a week. Later in morning two others arrived. I said that they would have to leave. They said they would wait for the EX son to get home from work. Throughout the day they went outside to talk on phones. I know that they were talking to son updating him on what I was doing and passing it on to my EX. I felt as though I was a stranger in my house and uncomfortable. I left at 2.30 pm upset and crying. Is this a breach of court order? Thanks

Have the locks been changed?

I would get the services cut off, its still your property.

I would take the view they are squatters so the question to the lawyers here is " Is this a case of illegal occupation?

It is an offence to breach a protection order. The best action to take is to report it to the Police.

'guests' in the property where you live can be asked to leave immediately. They can be evicted if they fail to leave. If they fail to leave they are trespassing.

If police fail to help, then you can hire security people to evict them using whatever force is reasonable in the circumstances.
