I need help with how to go about ending dealings with my solicitors. I have letters of administration as well as my sister and have paid all my legal fees and there is 50k still in the trust that they held for tax on the estate but I do not want their accountant handling.
It as they all up charged 6k just to do the estimate for estate tax and I want to handle my own side of the tax because out of 280k all up in the estate between the estimate of tax and legal fees they have taken over 100k I don’t see this as being right
