Thanks again Rod. I understand that there may not be a clear answer with the limited info, however is there a way of knowing what can/cannot be made public (besides nudes because I wouldn’t do that anyway).

At the end of the day, anything that I do expose will be simple copies, not hear say; so I’d just want to be sure that despite it being 100% fact, is there anything that would be protected or is it a “roll the dice” and see how I go?

move along nothing to see here... My thinking, no good can come of distributing it... She could make the case that you're harassing her and apply for an AVO...

Thanks Sammy. The reason I want to expose it is because what she is doing is affecting my family negatively and asking her nicely to stop numerous times hasn’t worked

As for an AVO, I’ve been advised by police to hold off for now as what she’s done could still be excused by her pleading she’s just a mum that misses her children (despite abandoning them for the last 6 months....but that’s another story). They have said because she’s been warned for the final time; a new incident, or a repeat of any previous incidents and I won’t even have to apply, they’ll do it on my behalf.

Thanks for all the advice guys, it’s greatly appreciated
