1.Would a non-citizen (or previously dual national with renounced Australian citizenship) who has a dual national child, be bound by Australian Consent orders?

2. Is the citizenship status of parents of dual national child irrelevant to Family Law Act of Australia?

3. Under what circumstances (not only citizenship but other than death of a parent) would a parent be relieved of being bound by consent orders in Australia?

If they signed consent orders then they are valid. How they are policed in a different country is a different story. Exactly what are you talking about? Are you asking what happens if they leave the country and do not return? Are you asking if they leave the country and dont allow calls? Your question could mean anything. Are they even in Australia?
