I need help on how to go about taking the Australian government to court. I want to take the government to court to ban the sale of smokes. Where do I start under Australian Law?

You need to come up with a legally compelling reason for their ban.

You start by having what lawyers call "standing" - that is,
some reason at law why you the private individual
can be an applicant in a matter of this type..

Well smoking is pretty much banned in public already, what more do you want? What we really need is more enforcement of the existing laws.

Don't you find it amazing that no matter where you position yourself near a smoker, you always 'happen' to be down wind? I have considered the possibility of somehow using this phenomenon to control wind direction one day!!
