Hello

My wife recently had an eptomic pregnancy. After which she had a mental break down. She made a totally false statement to police. They put an AVO on me. She went back to the police and made a statement that she had lied. She was arrested and charged. Also put in a pych ward for suicide watch.

I love my wife and I want to be with her. We have been in touch. I have not been to court yet. Will this be dropping automatically? How do we get this removed?

We are only recently married and she had moved unis so we can live together.

Please, any help?

She is doing it hard and I want to be there for her.

Comply with the order.
The terms are not negotiable.
Yes, this will be hard.

Then. unless the shrinks say otherwise,
stay away until they can get her condition under control.
The terms of the order probably require you to do this anyway.

So it won't get dropped because she lied? I am being punished for nothing. Is it hard to get changes made so we can live together, etc?

Wait for the trial date of your wife. If she was found to have lied, then you may be able to challenge the AVO. Until then nothing has been proven saying she lied.
