Settlement was two months ago, after multiple attempts to contact them, they have only replied once saying they needed two weeks just to give us answer. That was over a month ago. They are obviously trying to delay, but that won't work with us.
Yes, all cases have risks. Even ours, but I put our chances at 95% of winning. You need to get some kind of figure before you embark on legal action.
