An adult child is living at elderly person's home in a bungalow. Daughter of the person that lives there is also carer for the parent. Another child of the homeowner has the power of attorney. They served a notice on him months ago to leave he refused and won't go.
He is verbally abusive to his mother (carer) and has raised his fist in anger. He needs to live elsewhere. If anyone can help with property law, I would appreciate that.
