VIC Commercial Law - Possible to Get Sued in USA?

I own an Australian registered P/L company and carry out work remotely for clients in the USA.

My indemnity / liability insurance excludes cover for:

"Any action brought in any court of the United States of America, Canada or their dominions or protectorates or any judgment registered or lodged in any jurisdiction in connection with such an action."

If I sign contracts with companies / organisations in the USA, but I am based in Australia, how feasible is it for a USA organisation to sue me in a USA court rather than an Australian court?

All my company's assets are in Australia. I have a small amount of personal assets in the USA.
