My neighbour and I have currently have a wire fence. My neighbour put up a wood fence behind the wire one. Today while i was at work, he went on the side of the fence that we I can see from my yard and he can't see from his and graffitied it, I have security camera proof.
Is there anything I can do about it?
Can i sue him?

^ If he graffitied your property you can take action.

Hi @John Stretton,
Also, depending on the setup of your security camera system, you may want to consider taking steps to ensure that the video recording (as evidence) is not overwritten or deleted because most systems only retain recordings for a limited period (e.g. 7 days).
